Service access and delivery

After successful payment confirmation, the customer's selected plan is linked to their parent account and paid content is unlocked for the selected number of learner profiles. Customers access the service by signing in on the Learnova website.

If access does not activate correctly, the customer can contact Learnova support for help with account activation or payment verification.
